KnowledgeBase (https://www.knowledgebase.ai) will be going under planned maintenance. The widget placed in the LiveChat application and KnowledgeBase application will be unavailable at that point - the public help center will not be affected. The whole maintenance should take about 30 minutes, we will post all updates regarding this process here.
